OTTAWA—Students at Eugene Field Elementary School will breathe clear air next school year. Recently there has been concern because the carbon dioxide level was higher than allowed by EPA standards. In an early morning special meeting, the Ottawa School Board approved hiring BCI Mechanical of Gardner to install equipment to clear the air. The project will cost $176,000 and should be finished around August 14.
