LANE — A 55-year-old Lane man told the Franklin County Sheriff’s office Monday last week that an oil company was driving on his property to get to his neighbor’s property. Deputies investigated and found that the oil company had leases on both properties. A deputy told the man if he had more issues with the oil company, he would have to deal with them in civil court.
