HOMEWOOD – A 55-year-old Williamsburg woman was taken to the Overland Park Regional Medical Center after her car left the road in the 2000 block of Idaho Road early this morning. Deanna Thompson was driving south on Idaho Road when her 2001 Toyota Echo went off the east side of the road and struck a fence, the Franklin County Sheriff’s office said. Thompson may have left the road because of a medical condition, the sheriff’s office said.
