RICHMOND — The annual Richmond City Christmas Festival will be Saturday night. The tree lighting is at 6 on the corner of Central and Ransom streets. A dinner will follow at the Richmond Community Building at 6:15. After dinner, Santa will arrive and read “The Christmas Story” to the children, and then the children will get to sit on Santa’s lap. Following his visit, the winners of the best-lit house in the city will be announced.
