OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office received a report from a 23-year-old Ottawa woman early Sunday morning who said her 27-year-old fiance punched the windshield on her vehicle, causing the windshield to crack. The sheriff’s office said the incident occurred at Cheyenne Country south of Ottawa.
