OTTAWA — The Franklin county treasurer’s office will close early Monday for end-of-the-year bookkeeping. The motor vehicle and tag office will close 11:30 a.m. Monday, Treasurer Debbie Hough said. She said the rest of the treasurer’s office will close at noon Monday.
