OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said a 43-year-old Lebo woman was driving south on I-35 just south of Ottawa when items fell out of a vehicle in front of her and struck the front of her vehicle Sunday night. Donna Wilson wanted to report the accident because she was driving a loaner vehicle from a Topeka dealership.
