OTTAWA — After the second winter storm to hit Franklin County, there were a rash of accidents and vehicles sliding into the ditch Monday and Tuesday. There were probably more weather-related problems for this storm than last week’s Christmas eve storm, Master Sheriff’s Deputy Jarred Fredricks said. There were four or five accidents and a growing list of vehicles that slid off the roads and into ditches, he said.
