OTTAWA – Gov. Sam Brownback has appointed an Ottawa woman to the Kansas Pet Animal Advisory Board. Kendra Titus of Ottawa is the owner and operator of Titus Farm Kennel. She will be one of 10 members on the board and will serve a three-year term. The board advises the Kansas livestock commissioner on the Kansas Pet Animal Act and makes recommendations on changes to the act.
