OTTAWA — There will be public reception for outgoing Franklin County Clerk Shari Perry Friday afternoon from 3 to 5 in the old courtroom at the Franklin County Courthouse. Perry lost in the Republican Party primary and is stepping down after nearly 30 years at the courthouse.
