GARNETT — Representatives from the Kansas Small Business Development Center at Pittsburg State University will offer free individual business counseling sessions in Garnett from 9 to 3 January 22 at the Extension meeting room. The counselors will meet with area residents interested in starting new or expanding existing businesses, those interested in financing and other assistance needs.
