OTTAWA — A rural Ottawa couple returned to their home in the 200 block of Prairie Street Terrace Wednesday night and found one of their basement windows was kicked in. Deputies checked the home for intruders, the Franklin County Sheriff’s office said. The couple checked and didn’t find that was stolen. The damage to the window was estimated at $25.
