RANTOUL — An 18-year-old Rantoul woman reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office Thursday that her 18-year-old boyfriend tried to strangle her during a domestic dispute at her home in the 3800 block of Rock Creek Terrace. The sheriff’s office is investigating.
