Ottawa Police Investigate Rape Report

OTTAWA- The Ottawa Police are investigating a rape reported Friday night.  A 13 year-old Ottawa girl reported she was raped by a 14 year-old Ottawa boy she knows in the 1500 block of South Main Street.
