Two days after record-high temperatures, slashing winds and driving snow returned, and many motorists didn’t remember their winter driving skills in time for Wednesday morning’s commute. Franklin County Master Deputy Jarred Fredricks says his department was flooded with accident reports Wednesday.  The Sheriff’s Office had to request help from State Troopers to deal with all the accidents, he said.  Although there were several accidents, there were no major ones, he said.  A Winter Weather Advisory was to remain in effect until Thursday morning for some parts of the KOFO listening area.
