DULUTH, Minn. — A federal jury trial for a Minnesota man accused of robbing the Great Southern Bank in Ottawa as part of a cross-country crime spree has been delayed again. Timothy Glen Caskey faces trial in Minnesota on charges of kidnapping and interstate domestic violence. The trial has been continued until April 22 in U.S. District court in Duluth, Minn. Caskey was indicted of kidnapping his ex-wife and forcing her to accompany him as he headed to Mexico, where he was eventually caught by Mexican state police. He is accused of robbing the Ottawa bank during his journey. A charge of bank robbery has been filed in U.S. District Court in Kansas City, Kans., in connection with the Ottawa robbery. No trial has been scheduled in that case.
