OTTAWA — More than a hundred households in Franklin County remained without power by mid-Thursday afternoon. Approximately 100 customers in the Ottawa and Pomona service areas were still without power after the massive winter stormthat hit the county earlier this week, Kansas City Power & Light’s Web site indicated. About another 25 customers in southern Franklin County were without power.
