OTTAWA — An Emporia man accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend from Ottawa and taking her to Emporia where she escaped, has agreed to a plea deal. Jordan Alan Henson agreed to plead guilty to one count of robbery. Sentencing in Franklin County District Court will be April 1. Henson was charged with kidnapping and robbing the woman, as well as stealing her pickup truck, following a domestic dispute. He surrendered in Wellington after contacting Ottawa police.
