OTTAWA — A 46-year-old Richmond woman charged in connection with a kidnapping and robbery in October that started in Richmond has agreed to a plea deal. Robin Renae Williams pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated robbery. Her sentencing will be March 11. Earlier, Joshua Franks, 22, Richmond pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery in the same case. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison and two months probation. Allison Dulin, 22, Spring Hill; was forced at gunpoint into her car at Richmond and then driven to Princeton, where she was dumped.
