OTTAWA — The Kansas Department of Revenue has ended its delinquent-tax suits against two Ottawa businesses. Court records indicate that agents seized money from the bank accounts and from the businesses at Keim’s Bakery and Nana’s Fudge and Stuff. The state said that Keim’s owed more than $8,100 and Nana’s nearly $4,000 in back taxes.
