OTTAWA — ECKAN will distribute commodity food items to eligible Franklin Ccounty residents on Monday, March 18. Those residents must sign up beforehand the ECKAN Franklin County Center in Ottawa. This month’s distribution is a change in date. Food commodities will be distributed at the Ottawa Don Woodward ORC Guilding from 9 to 11:30 in the morning; at the Wellsville Walnut Plaza Apartments from 10 to noon, and at the Pomona cCommunity Center from 2 to 4.
