OTTAWA – A decision from the jury of the Scrutchfield trial will have to wait a little longer. The jury’s foreman was excused from the deliberations to attend to a relative’s medical emergency. The jury now must elect a new foreman and bring the lone alternate up to speed on the case and on the discussions had by the jury to this point. No further information is available at this time.
