BALDWIN CITY — A Baker student from Princeton was recently elected State President of the National Association for Music Education. As President, Billy Wicks will work with the Kansas Music Educators Association. Wicks is in charge of a group that seeks to help students develop their interest in music for artistic and career purposes while they’re still in school.
