USD #365 Board of Education members heard from a financial efficiency expert at their regular meeting Thursday, march 7. Former Superintendent Steve Parsons, who now studies financial matters for the Greenbush Educational Cooperative, prepared a report detailing the district’s finances and trends. The district is looking to save money in light of budget cuts to education, and Parsons believes the district can save money in areas such as transportation, student-teacher ratio, and enrollment.
