OTTAWA–A two-year-old Pomona child was knocked down by a vehicle at the Dairy Queen at 15th and Main Thursday afternoon. Ottawa Police says 50-year-old Daniel Oglesby of Ottawa was backing his vehicle out of a parking stall when he hit the child. Ottawa Police described the injuries as minor.
