MINE CREEK — The Mine Creek Battlefield State Historic Site will dedicate the new battlefield trails and host a spring kickoff Saturday from 11 to 3. Visitors can see the new informational signs on the battlefield trails and talk with historical reenactors. Activities include educational crafts for kids, food demonstrations, and a trivia game. Admission is free. The Mine Creek battlefield is on K-52, near Pleasanton.
