OTTAWA — Ottawa University will have a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Gangwish Library and Gibson Student Center at the south end of the Mowbray Union on May 10. Marguerite Gibson gave $1 million to OU for a new student center and to convert the present student union into a new library and the Carl C. and Carrie Gangwish family pledged $1 million to Ottawa University to build the new library.
