OTTAWA — Blake Jorgensen has been named Executive Vice President and to the Board of Directors for Kansas State Bank. In his new position, Jorgensen will be responsible for commercial, residential and consumer lending, and customer relationship management and community development. Jorgensen has been involved in local banking for 26 years. He is presently Ottawa Mayor and has served three terms as City Commissioner.
