WASHINGTON — Today is the deadline for filing 2012 taxes. ABC News reports many restaurants and businesses are offering special deals for Tax Day. Restaurant freebies for Tax Day are popular, and ABC says the deals are worth looking out for. “Sometimes you might have to buy something in addition to that free item but you can pretty much eat cheaply out all day on tax day,” Lindsay Sakraida of DealNews, told ABC. “Arbie’s is offering free french fries and places like Cinnabon, Burgers Bagels, Panda Express; they’re all offering offers on tax day as well.” Office Depot will shred five pounds of documents free and every year, Hydro Massage offers a free 15-minute massage to help reduce that tax-related stress.
