GARNETT — A Wichita-based company will announce plans Friday afternoon to build a facility in a Garnett industrial park. Hurricane Services will have groundbreaking Friday at 1 at Prairie Plaza Parkway and offer details about its plans. Hurricane Services, a trucking and oil well services firm, is based in Wichita, and has operations in Greenwood County. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Garnett Inn meeting room.
