OTTAWA — A 65-year-old Lawrence man called the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday to report burglars broke into his storage unit at I-35 Mini Storage in the 2200 block of East 15th Street and stole a Panasonic sound bar and an RCA speaker. The loss was estimated at $250.
