RICHMOND–The last community meeting on the $1,750,000 bond issue for the Central Heights School District was held in Richmond.  Superintendent Jim White says even if the Bond Issue passes, there are other projects that need work, including the parking lot and some heating and cooling problems.  White says those projects will be paid for from either the Capital Outlay Fund or Contingency Fund.  He says if the Bond Issue fails, then the School Board will have to reassess how to do projects, including considering another bond issue.  It would have to be at least a year before another bond could be proposed.
