OTTAWA — Ottawa police said a vehicle driven by a 41-year-old Ottawa woman struck a 9-year-old bicyclist Sunday evening in the 600 block of South Walnut Street. Kathleen Hayden was cited for inattentive driving. The young bicyclist’s injuries were described as minor.
