OTTAWA — A church member reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department Sunday afternoon that three windows at the Union Chapel Methodist Church in the 2300 block of Nebraska Road southeast of Ottawa were damaged by an unknown object. The damage was estimated at $500.
