OTTAWA — June will be the special month for the city of Ottawa – a bunch of special-call meetings. The commission will host a chamber coffee on Friday morning, June 7, to recognize and welcome new city commissioners, Shawn Dickinson and Mike Skidmore. The coffee will be held at city hall in the commission room. The city’s Monday study sessions will also be held at a special time because of scheduling conflicts. The starting times of June 3, 10, 17 and 24, will be pushed back a half-hour to 4:30.
