GARNETT — Garnett public library will kick off the summer reading program with free ice cream Monday afternoon from 1 to 5. The program is open to children from preschool age through 4th grade with programs, prize drawings, Storytime and more. Among special events planned; movie and popcorn June 14th, three-day library camps for different age groups;, and a family night with tie-dying and dinner June 25th, and Rosie Cutrer’s “Dirt Tales” on July 9th.
