POMONA–The West Franklin School Board backed off of any consideration of spending a million dollars for modular classrooms so elementary students from Williamsburg and Appanoose could be brought to Pomona. This is in spite of the sound rejection of the School Bond last week. About 90 upset patrons attended a board meeting at the high school. Board President Thayne Bush started out by proposing deleting the whole issue from the agenda. The motion passed unanimously.
