OTTAWA — Ottawa police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding a 29-year-old woman found dead in an apartment in the 900 block of South Cedar Street Sunday morning. Investigators are awaiting autopsy results and positive identification medical examiner before they identify the woman, said Ottawa Police Chief Dennis Butler.
