TOPEKA — Lynn Rolf III, of Leavenworth VFW Post 56, was elected and installed as state commander of the Kansas VFW during the 93rd state convention in Lenexa this weekend. Earl Crawley, of Ottawa VFW Post 5901, was among those elected to state office. He was elected state surgeon.
