OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Band plays tonight at 7:30 at City Park. Director Mark Paquette said things will get a little loony tonight. “It is kind of a children’s concert and I’ll also say it’s a childhood memory concert,” he said. Among the eight selections, the “Looney Tunes Overture.” The concert is free. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.
