EDGERTON — A 32-year-old Olathe woman and a 16-year-old Ottawa boy were taken to Olathe Medical Center Wednesday as a result of a one-vehicle accident on I-35. Leslie Willis, Olathe, was driving an SUV north on I-35 in Edgerton when the left front passenger tire blew out, the Kansas Highway Patrol said. She lost control, and her SUV went off the roadway into a ditch and struck a rock wall and overturned. She was injured, as was a passenger, Dakota Haight. Neither was wearing a seat belt, the highway patrol said.
