LAWRENCE–A delegation of around 80 business and local government officials from Franklin County made a tour of the new Intermodal in Edgerton and the rehabiltation of the old Farmland Industrial Plant in Lawrence. Lawrence officials told the officials if you want industry to come to Franklin County, you have to be flexible. Some companies may only want 20 acres..while others may need 100 acres.
