OTTAWA–If Prairie Paws did not have a generous line of credit, their doors would not be open right now. That sobering word from Vondie O’Connor, Vice President of the Executive Board. O’Connor says in the last two months, they’ve had to borrow over $47,000. On the bright side, he says increased belt tightening should improve the situation in the near future. O’Connor appeared before the Ottawa City Commission during ongoing budget discussion.
