OTTAWA — A court hearing for a Johnson County couple accused of insurance fraud and felony theft has been rescheduled for Monday afternoon in Franklin County District Court. The hearing will review the status of the case against Ronald and Sharon Bachman. They have been accused of defrauding an insurance company of about $160,000 in early 2009.
