OTTAWA — The 35th Division Band, the official Kansas National Guard band, will present its free “A Home Front Concert” series this week in Ottawa and Overbrook. The band will perform a concert Wednesday night at 7 at the Ottawa Municipal Auditorium,
and at the Brookside Manor 4th of July celebration and fireworks at Overbrook at Thursday night at 7:30. The free concerts will include military marches, vocal music, patriotic tunes and big band selections along with popular rock. Each concert will also feature a special salute to veterans and their families.
