OTTAWA — Richard Mullins, the long-time President of the Power of the Past Antique Engine and Tractor Association, died Tuesday morning at Ransom Memorial Hospital at the age of 74. Mullins was the President of the Power of the Past for 16 years and helped organize the popular Power of the Past Tractor Show. He restored and collected John Deere tractors, and showing them off was one of his favorite pastimes. A visitation will be Thursday night from 6 to 8 and the funeral service will be Friday morning at 10:30 at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Garnett. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Power of the Past Association.
