RICHTER — A 48-year-old Richter man reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office that he sent an I-Pod and and I-Phone to a St. Joseph, Mo., man for repairs earlier this month. He said he also sent $123 to pay for the repairs. The man hasn’t contacted him nor will he answer his phone calls, he said. He filed a theft report with the sheriff’s office.
