OTTAWA — Franklin County authorities picked up a woman in Holton this week after she was arrested by Jackson County authorities. Kari Hopkins is being charged with aggravated arson and stalking in connection with an incident involving another woman in Pomona in mid-June, Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards said.
