OTTAWA — Franklin County District Judge Thomas Sachse will allow DNA testing on 13 items that could be used as evidence in the trial of Kyle Flack. Flack has been charged with capital murder in the killing of three adults and an 18-month-old child in may near Richter. Sachse sealed the order for DNA testing and the items have not been described. Flack faces charges of murder, rape and criminal possession of a firearm in the deaths of Andrew Stout, 30; Steven White, 31; Kaylie Bailey, 21; and her 18-month-old daughter, Lana. Another court hearing for Flack is set for Aug. 29. He is in the Franklin County jail in lieu of a $10 million bond.
