OTTAWA – An Ottawa University admissions representative is in the Franklin County Jail on drunk driving charges. Ottawa Police arrested Clay Fagan on Tuesday night following a traffic accident at Main Street and Keokuk Street. The arrest report states that Fagan left the scene of the accident, refused a breathalizer test, and is facing his third DUI conviction. Ottawa University Public Relations confirm that Fagan is a senior enrollment advisor, and according to the OU website, Fagan’s recruiting territory includes Ottawa, Topeka, Lawrence, and surrounding areas.
